# TradingSmart

> TradingSmart is a web platform for commodity trading companies, developed by Cyanway Business. It manages the full commercial cycle and runs document-based counterparty due diligence before contracts are signed.

## Who it is for
Owners and compliance/operations teams of commodity trading companies (food, metals, agri), trade-finance banks, brokers and intermediaries.

## Trading operations
- Deals & Pipeline: stages, Kanban view, commodity, quantity (MT), price, Incoterms, payment terms, margins, e-mail expiry alerts.
- Sourcing: supplier sources and quotes linked to offers.
- Shipments: tracking linked to deals, with shipment documents.
- Companies & Persons: counterparty registry with addresses, bank accounts, contacts, roles, documents.
- Commodities: catalog with specs, packing, container capacity, photos.
- Documents: central repository linked to entities.
- Dashboard: active deals, pipeline value, volume by commodity, margins, conversion rate.
- AI Desk: internal assistants for LOI, ICPO, FCO and contracts, with templates and audit logging.
- Roles: SuperAdmin, Admin, Trader, Viewer, external Representative. Sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID or Google.

## Due Diligence engine
- Reads PDF and image packages with native text and vision OCR.
- Classifies LOI, ICPO, FCO, CIS/KYC, contracts, business licenses, registry extracts (China GSXT, Brazil CNPJ, others), passports, bank letters, screening printouts.
- Deterministic validators: passport MRZ (ICAO 9303), China USCC, Brazil CNPJ, IBAN (ISO 13616), Bulgarian EGN/EIK, cross-document conflicts.
- Compares declared vs official company identity; never compares across writing systems.
- Identity triangulation of signatories against passports.
- Screening on Google, CourtListener and OpenSanctions with human verdicts.
- AI only transcribes; deterministic code decides; every value must appear in the source text.
- Outputs: explained red flags, executive scorecard, conclusion (OK / Not OK / To verify), HTML/PDF report.
- Immutable SHA-256 case versions and secure, revocable read-only share links for banks.
